Serving Sizes
Medium meals are 3 servings
Large meals are 5 servings
Example: 3 medium meals would be 9 servings
Example: 3 large meals would be 15 servings

Desserts $30 each
Desserts
If you choose a dessert/s, please choose from the following list (or text us about a specific desert you would like).
Fudge brownies, cacao dipped cake bites, chocolate chip cookies, raspberry “cheesecake”, chocolate walnut cookies, peanut butter puddles.
Our Ingredients
We use 100% grass-fed, pasture-raised animal products and organic produce.
We do NOT use seed oils, gluten, dairy (except grass-fed butter if you include that), soy or sugar.
Rotating Menu
We have a rotating menu, consisting of a variety of meals, including those listed on the homepage. If you order from us weekly, you will enjoy a variety of meals over time. If you have meals or ingredients you particularly love, let us know, along with any food allergies and foods you don't include in your diet.
Ordering
We send out a menu to our weekly clients every Thursday morning. The menu includes 5 meals to choose from. Orders are to be submitted before Friday at 9pm.
Deliveries
We deliver the meals you ordered every Monday in your choice of family style pyrex glass or individual bamboo containers. If you choose glass, we will be picking those up each week upon your new delivery.
